Christopher Fay was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Fay is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. His past associations have included the Orange County Bar Association, Osceola County Bar Association, as well as the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Fay is active in the community and has served as both a Board Member and Representative of the Juvenile Justice Commission for the First District of Florida. He most recently served as the five term Chairman for the All Souls Catholic School Advisory Board. He frequently writes and presents to insurance professionals on Medicare issues. Before joining the firm Mr. Fay managed the Central Florida Litigation Counsel Office of a major national insurance company for several years. He has tried cases in 12 counties in Florida and has represented clients in more than 55 of the 67 counties in the state. His civil litigation practice includes public entity law, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance and products liability.

  • Uninsured Motorist suit with brain damage and fibromyalgia injuries. Four-day jury trial with four plaintiff experts resulted in defense verdict for the client.  Miller, Peggy v.   • Personal injury auto accident suit with spinal injuries and contested liability. 50/50% verdict and total award to plaintiff of $315.00 after four-day jury trial.  Henderson, Karen and John v.   • Personal injury auto accident suit with spinal injuries, admission of liability at trial, and defense proposal for settlement for $35,000.00. Three-day jury trial resulted in total award to plaintiff of $350.00.  Peterman, Grace and Henry v.
