Mr. Fay was admitted before the Florida Bar in 1992 and is admitted before the United States District Court, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Mr. Fay received his B.A. in 1987 from Saint Leo College and his J.D. in 1991 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a member of the Florida Bar Defense Lawyer’s Division, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Associations have included the Orange County Bar Association, Osceola County Bar Association, Board Member and Representative to Juvenile Justice Commission for the First District of Florida, as well as Manager of a Litigation Counsel Office for a National Insurer. Mr. Fay practices in the areas of civil litigation defense, including public entity law, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance and products liability.
