Michael M. Bell, Esquire

Mr. Bell was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1983, the Pennsylvania Bar in 1984, and the Florida Bar in 1985 and is admitted before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida including Trial Bar, the United States Court of Appeals, Third and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Tax Court. He received his B.A. in 1980 from Florida State University, his J.D. in 1983 from Delaware Law School, and his LL.M. Taxation in 1985 from Villanova University. While attending Delaware Law School, Mr. Bell served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Roper received his B.A. in 1981 from Florida State University and his J.D. in 1984 from University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida, he served as the Editor in Chief of the International Law Journal. Mr. Kohlmyer received his B.S. in Multi-National Business Operations from Florida State University in 1988 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. He was the recipient of Florida State Dean's List, Member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team, and the Beacon Award winner from ACA International in 1996 and 1997. He is a member of State Bar of Georgia (1991) and The Florida Bar (1997). Mr. Kohlmyer is admitted to practice in the following federal jurisdictions: United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia (1993); United States District Court, Middle District of Florida (1997); United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (1997); United States District Court, Southern District (1998); United States Supreme Court (2000), and United States District Court, Northern District of Florida (2002). He received his B.A. in 1978 from Worcester State College, his J.D. in 1981 from New England School of Law, and his M.B.A. in 1990 from the University of Central Florida. While attending the New England School of Law, he was a member of the New England Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Donald P. Dietrich, United States Magistrate Judge from 1987 to 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
